This is for a mama who is barely surviving let alone thriving.
She is exhausted every morning, relies on coffee to get her going, feels bloated after almost every meal, has brain fog and has a general feeling of being unwell in her body. She knows food is medicine but doesn’t know where to start. She wants someone to provide her with a simple treatment plan and nutrition protocol that is specific to her unique needs and busy lifestyle
She could have 1 child or many kids, be in her 20’s or her 70’s. Her kids could be 1 or 41.
She’s a new Mama or a not so new Mama.
She’s young or old - You will always be a Mama and your children will always be your babies!

We will be focusing on the basics of good nutrition, with simple easy to prepare meals that are well balanced with fat, protein, carbohydrates (and fibre).
I will be showing you how to elevate everyday meals, and to have an abundance mindset when it comes to assembling a plate of food — so it looks good, tastes good and makes you feel good!
Eating well can feel overwhelming, but it should be about feeling good. Together let us discover the foods that suit your unique body helping you feel confident about your food choices and show you how to thrive on a nutrient rich balanced diet to give you energy you need to do more of the things you love.

Pre-consultation prep
A 5-day food and mood diary and comprehensive health and lifestyle questionnaire form needs to be completed at least 10 days ahead of your consultation.
Consultation
The Thriving Mama consists of:
1 × 1 hour consultation (first session)
4 × 30 min consultation (every 2 wks)
During your video consultation we will discuss your health goals in more detail and eating habits. We will also discuss lifestyle and emotional factors including nutrition challenges.
This will give me a clear picture of your health and wellbeing and will allow me to understand if there are specific areas of your life that may be worsening your symptoms and ability to feel good and thrive.
The aim of your consultation is for me to really listen to you and understand your lifestyle and health challenges so I can deliver a bespoke nutrition treatment plan just for you.
Post-consultation
Following your consultation, I will send you a thorough nutrition protocol with tailored dietary recommendations including recipe recommendations and lifestyle suggestions plus a supplement protocol (if applicable - I prefer a food first approach). You will follow this protocol and use this to empower you until our next meeting.
You will have access to your own dashboard on our online portal which will house all of the above recommendations. It also allows you to communicate with us in-between appointments so we can provide instant feedback, encouragement and friendly reminders! It will also list your meals, recipes and shopping list so will be with you everywhere you go!
Nutrition Protocol
Your nutrition protocol will include the daily nutritional guidelines to follow for 8 weeks. We will have a check in for 30 minutes every two weeks after the first consultation. During these sessions we will check in to assess how you are feeling, if you have any questions and what we may need to tweak going into the next two weeks so we are keeping on track of our goals.
The nutrition protocol is specifically for you to help nourish your body and empower you to know what to eat well to fuel your body.
2 Week Meal Plan
I will create a 2 week meal plan of meal ideas including breakfast, lunch and dinner based on your needs and goals. This will include links to recipes, plus times to take suggested supplements (if applicable). This meal plan will change after each session.
You are required to do a 5 day food diary before each session.
Last session (after 8 weeks)
Again prior to your last session, you will complete another 5 day food and mood diary.
In the last session we will discuss your successes and challenges over the last 8 weeks. I will provide you with ways to elevate your food so you are supporting your hormones and energy well into motherhood and beyond. You will have a repertoire of recipes to hand and lots of nutrition nuggets to empower you to know what to eat to feel nourished and better balanced in your body.
During your follow-up consultation we will assess your progression as well as discussing your successes and further explore how we can enhance your nutrition by making tweaks to your plan to help you meet your goals and keep you on track. Following your appointment, I will provide you with an amended nutrition plan.

The cost of this package is 375EUR. You will pay 150EUR after the first consultation and the remaining 225EUR can be paid over the 8 weeks

This offering is all about nutrition for busy mamas who want to eat well to feel well without adding another “thing” to their to- do list. It consists of a private and group session online over an 8 week period.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by cooking and prepping meals, frustrated that you are not getting results or generally feeling meh in your body, this group is for you

It is a program run over 8 weeks:
4 × 1 hour long group sessions (3 with myself and 1 guest session on self care in motherhood)
1 × 50 minute private session with me, where you will get personalised nutrition advice and a custom supplement routine (if applicable)

The total cost of the program costs 200euro (which includes 1 × 50 minute private consultation, followed by 4 × 60 minute group sessions).
100 eur is payable before the course begins and the remianing 100 eur can be paid over the 8 weeks.
